Rescheduling Your Booking

For rescheduling or cancellation more than 48 hours before your appointment, log into your account, or contact us here. If you cancel after 5:00 pm the day before your appointment, half of the cleaning charge will be the cancellation fee that will apply. We appreciate your understanding.

Important Note

Rest assured, we will not charge your card until after we’ve completed your cleaning. One day before the service, a pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card. This is not a charge, but some banks may display it as one. After your appointment, we’ll email you a receipt, including all the services provided.

Cleaning When You're Not Home

Absolutely! You can provide instructions on how our maids can access your home while scheduling your booking, or you can send us an email with the necessary details.

One-Time vs. Recurring Services

For recurring services, we offer discounts on weekly, bi-weekly (every 2 weeks), tri-weekly (every 3 weeks), and monthly cleaning. We’ll automatically schedule cleanings on your chosen intervals and send friendly email and text message reminders before each appointment. If you need to reschedule or skip a cleaning, simply log into your account and make the necessary changes.

For one-time cleaning, you can book anytime, but if you choose recurring cleanings, you’ll enjoy our exclusive discounts and have the same cleaning professional every time.

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

This extra service ensures a spotless home before or after a move. We pay extra attention to baseboards, outlets, corners, and floors that may not have been cleaned in some time due to furniture and appliances covering them. The service also includes cleaning inside the fridge, oven, cabinets, and drawers.

Additional Information

For most jobs, we’ll send a single cleaner or a team of 2, though we may send more than 2 cleaners depending on the job’s size.

Absolutely! Your safety is our paramount concern. To ensure your peace of mind, we subject every cleaning professional to a rigorous pre-screening process, including an in-depth interview, a multi-point quality assessment, and a skills test. Additionally, extensive background and reference checks are implemented. Rest assured, our cleaning professionals in MD are the finest and most reliable.

Is My Billing Information Safe and Secure?

Your security is of utmost importance to us. To protect your billing information, we have implemented three layers of security. Firstly, our booking page is shielded by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form is encrypted with 256-bit security. Thirdly, all credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, which follows its own PCI compliant, 256-bit encryption security protocol. Lastly, please be assured that we never store credit card numbers in our system. We only access a token that allows us to process the card. Your safety is our priority, and we take it very seriously!

What Will We Not Clean?

For the safety of our cleaning professionals, certain tasks are not performed, including:

  • Cleaning exterior windows
  • Climbing ladders
  • Lifting objects over 25 pounds
  • Moving heavy objects (e.g., stoves, refrigerators, heavy couches, and chairs)
  • Mold removal
  • Deep stain removal
  • Insect infestations
  • Pest removal
  • Hazardous material clean-up

Note: Cleaning inside drawers and cabinets is available as an add-on only when these areas are empty. If you want us to clean behind or underneath heavy objects, kindly move them before the appointment or arrange for their relocation during the cleaning. In case of black mold in your home, we recommend consulting a specialist before resuming cleaning in that area.

Can You Request Extra Services?

Certainly! When booking online, you can select the desired add-on services to customize your cleaning experience.

Providing Additional Instructions

Not a problem! You can easily log in to your account and add specific instructions in the notes area. These notes can include parking instructions, driving directions to hard-to-find areas, gate or special access instructions, and any other essential details you wish to communicate to our cleaning professionals.

Do We Bring Our Own Supplies and Equipment?

Yes, we typically bring our own family and pet-safe products and equipment at no extra charge. However, if you prefer us to use your specific products or equipment, such as your vacuum, we’ll be more than happy to accommodate your request. Simply include a note during booking or add instructions to your account afterward.

Special Care Requirements

If you have custom floors or other surfaces that require special products for cleaning, we highly recommend using your preferred products on these surfaces to ensure the best care.

POLICIES

Minimum Requirements for Service

To ensure excellent cleaning service, we have a few requirements:

Access to your home: Our cleaning professionals must have access at the scheduled appointment time.

Running hot water and electricity: Your home must have these utilities for the cleaning service.

Working air conditioning (spring and summer): During warmer months, your home should have functioning air conditioning for our professionals’ comfort.

Limited black mold: While we generally avoid cleaning areas with black mold, your home should not have excessive traces of it. Failure to meet these conditions may result in service refusal, and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. Please ensure these conditions are met before our professionals arrive.

Pet Policy

For homes with pets, we offer specific add-on services. These include multiple vacuum passes for carpets, frequent cleaning of the vacuum filter, removal of pet hair and dander from various areas, and furniture cleaning. However, we do not clean urine, pet messes, or empty litter boxes.

Note: For severe pet stains on carpets or untreated urine that may cause lingering odors, we recommend consulting a specialist for proper cleanup.

While we understand your love for pets, we are aware that some pets may exhibit erratic or aggressive behavior. To ensure everyone’s safety, please make necessary pet accommodations on the day of your appointment. If our professionals sense any pet-related safety concerns, it may impact the cleaning process. In such cases, if we need to reschedule the cleaning, a fee equal to 20% of the canceled service cost will apply.

Can We Hold on to Your Key?

Regrettably, we are unable to retain your keys. However, we offer the option to install a lockbox at your property for a one-time fee of $20. This ensures secure access for future cleaning appointments.
