Primary Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning services for residential homes such as standard cleanings, deep-cleanings, and move-in/move-out cleanings
• Travel from site to site (at least 2-3 sites per day throughout the DMV area)
• Occasionally perform cleaning services for corporate housing and commercial buildings
• Work with our dispatch team to successfully complete cleaning jobs, while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• No cleaning experienced required but at least one year of paid house cleaning experience is preferred
• The ability to lift 20 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties
• Complete our paid training.
• MUST be able to use a smartphone and daily access to the internet, a mobile phone, and reliable transportation.
• Your own licensed and insured vehicle
• Great attitude
• Enjoys cleaning and making messy things beautiful again
• Ability to follow detailed instructions as well as company policies and procedures.
• General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and able to follow a schedule.
• Speak enough English to communicate basic needs
• Must be authorized to work in the US and must pass a background check.

Pay structure:

Pay is weekly and receive 45 to 55% of the amount paid for each service completed.

Must have your OWN Vehicle

2+ years PAID professional RESIDENTIAL cleaning experience (must be reflected on resume)

Valid Driver’s License / ID

Legally able to work in the US

Have reliable transportation

Submit and pass a background check

MUST have own cleaning supplies

Have access to email or smartphone

REQUIRED: Must have or be willing to purchase Professional General Liability Insurance
